Welcome to shoplgmeats.com, the official online store for the Lake Geneva Country Meats (LGCM) Winter Bundle Sale. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or make a purchase.

About This Site

This website is operated by Lake Geneva Country Meats, located at 5907 WI-50, Lake Geneva, WI 53147. This site exists solely for the purpose of selling seasonal meat bundles for in-store pickup. It is not a full online store and does not offer delivery or shipping.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are able to pick up your order in person at our Lake Geneva, WI retail location (or arrange for someone to pick it up on your behalf).

Products & Pricing

•       All products listed on this site are frozen meat bundles available for in-store pickup only.

•       Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include all applicable costs. Tax will be calculated at checkout if applicable.

•       All weights, sizes, and savings listed are approximate, as each cut of meat will vary naturally in weight and size.

•       We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

Ordering & Payment

•       Orders must be placed before March 16, 2026.

•       Payment is collected at the time of purchase through our secure checkout powered by Shopify.

•       By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

•       You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed, and a second email when your bundle is ready for pickup.

No Substitutions

Bundle contents are fixed as described on each product page. We do not offer substitutions, removals, or customizations of individual items within a bundle.

Pickup Requirements

•       Orders will be available for pickup at our retail store beginning in mid-March 2026. We will email you when your specific order is ready.

•       Fulfillment typically takes 3–5 weeks from the time of order.

•       All bundles must be picked up by Sunday, May 10, 2026.

•       Unclaimed bundles will be donated to a local food pantry after this date, and no refund will be issued.

•       Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your bundle.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary: orders may be cancelled for a full refund before March 16, 2026. After this date, no refunds or modifications are available except in cases of error on our part.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Lake Geneva Country Meats and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Lake Geneva Country Meats provides this website and its products on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
