The LGCM Winter Bundle Sale at shoplgmeats.com is an in-store pickup program only. We do not offer shipping, delivery, or curbside pickup for bundle orders at this time.

In-Store Pickup Only

All Winter Bundle Sale orders must be picked up in person at our retail store:

Fulfillment Timeline

• After placing your order, please allow 3–5 weeks for your bundle to be prepared. Fulfillment may take longer in extreme circumstances.

• We begin filling orders the second week of March 2026.

• You will receive an email notification when your bundle is ready for pickup.

• Please do not visit the store to pick up your bundle until you have received this email.

Pickup Hours

Bundles may be picked up during the following store hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM

• Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM

• Sunday: 10 AM – 2 PM

Pickup Deadline

All bundles must be picked up by Sunday, May 10, 2026. Bundles not claimed by this date will be donated to a local food pantry, and no refund will be issued.

What to Bring

When you arrive to pick up your bundle, please have:

• Your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone)

Storage Recommendations

All bundles are provided frozen and boxed. If you are driving over one hour, we recommend bringing a cooler or insulated bags to transport your bundle home, especially during warmer weather. Once home, transfer your bundle to your freezer promptly.

No Shipping or Delivery

We understand that in-store pickup may not be convenient for everyone. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to quality, we are unable to ship bundles or offer delivery at this time. If you are unable to pick up your order yourself, you are welcome to send someone on your behalf with your order confirmation.
